Construction experience, put into BIM.
Our mission is to help clients get the most value out of their project information, so they make better decisions while they build.
Who we are
Perkel is a construction technology firm specialising in Building Information Modeling. Founded in 2019, our team brings years of construction industry experience to every model we build.
We work from offices in Dubai, Ajman and Cairo on administrative, commercial and residential buildings and infrastructure, from the smallest infrastructure job to the largest high‑rise. Our turnkey service coordinates every discipline so each project stays on track.
Mission
Help project stakeholders cut costs and save time with fully coordinated BIM models and drawings, and create interiors that balance form and function.
We keep to a culture of excellence and dependable service, aiming to be the BIM and interior design firm our clients choose first.
Vision
Change how the construction industry works by giving every stakeholder efficient, cost‑effective BIM, and be known for interiors that lift the spaces we design.
We want to set new standards and show the industry what a coordinated project can look like.
Our values spell our name
Six commitments behind every model and drawing we hand over.
- Precision
- Effectiveness
- Respect
- Knowledge sharing
- Excellence
- Lifelong learning
Quality, certified
We run a quality management system certified to ISO 19650‑1 and 19650‑2, the international standard for managing information across a building’s life cycle.
We only deliver work that is fit for its intended purpose, and we don’t compete on lower‑specification products or services.
